• All investment plans are subject to the terms displayed at the time of investment, including duration, ROI percentage, and minimum/maximum amounts.
• ROI is distributed daily to your wallet balance based on the plan's terms.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investments carry inherent risk.
• Metastaticcoin does not guarantee any specific returns or profits.
• Investment plans cannot be cancelled or modified once activated.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits: Deposits are made via supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All deposits require admin verification before funds are credited to your wallet. Verification times may vary depending on network confirmations and processing queue.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to admin review and approval. Processing times may vary. Withdrawals are sent to the cryptocurrency wallet address you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your wallet address.
• Transaction Fees: Network transaction fees (gas fees) are the responsibility of the user. Metastaticcoin does not charge additional platform fees unless otherwise stated.

6. Wallet and Funds

Upon registration, a wallet is automatically created for your account. Your wallet balance reflects your available funds, including deposits, ROI earnings, and any applicable deductions. You are responsible for monitoring your wallet balance and transaction history through your dashboard.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules or limitations.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading deposit or withdrawal information.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Platform without authorization.

8. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency investments involve significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate rapidly and unpredictably.
• Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws and regulations may affect the legality or operation of cryptocurrency investments in your jurisdiction.
